Katie is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and an internationally ranked professional competitor as well as a kids and adults coach. At Black Belt she is a Pan Gi and Nogi Champion and American Nationals Champion along with a Worlds, Brazilian Nationals, and Europeans medalist and multiple time IBJJF Open Champion. She ended the 2023 Nogi season as the number 6 ranked Adult Female Black Belt, and the 2024 Nogi season ranked 8th. She is also a Flograppling 115 pound ranked grappler. With over a decade of training, she loves sharing her passion for jiu jitsu.

Brian is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt and active competitor. He is a U.S.A.F Veteran and has prior training in other martial arts. The main reason Brian started Jiu Jitsu was to find an outlet in life, but it led him down the path he is on today. While training under his Professor Bingo Crook, he developed a passion for teaching, especially the Juniors classes. His primary goal is to provide the example to his students that he never had growing up. 

Abdul brings over 15 years of kickboxing experience to the gym, combining the discipline and resilience gained from his time in the U.S. Army with a deep passion for martial arts. He began training in kickboxing during his military service, later expanding his skill set through dedicated study in both boxing and Muay Thai.
His approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, practical technique, and mental toughness helping students build confidence and develop a complete striking foundation. Whether training beginners or experienced fighters, Abdul’s mission is to inspire growth, discipline, and self belief through the art of kickboxing.

Michaela has grown up around Brazilian Jiu Jitsu her entire life. She began training as a 4-year-old. Over time she has found her own love and passion for Jiu Jitsu and competes both locally and nationally. She enjoys helping teach the Littles as well as training in the Juniors and Adults classes.
